Lambeth Council Coronavirus Hotline for Vulnerable People

Available for people in Lambeth who are having difficulties due to Coronavirus. You or someone acting on your behalf can call the helpline to get advice on any issues you are having, including access to medicines and food. The call handler will help you to connect with the right department in the Council or to other organisations, such as Age UK, who can help you get support.

Lambeth Council Homelessness Prevention Team – emergency support for rough sleepers

There is a lot of work being done by the Council and community organisations helping rough sleepers and working to prevent more people becoming homeless. Currently all emergency shelters are open in Lambeth.

If you are concerned about someone over the age of 18 that you have seen sleeping rough in London, you can use this website to send an alert. The details you provide will be reviewed by the StreetLink team who will look at the information you provide and make a judgement as to whether the alert is suitable to be sent to the local street outreach for the area in which you have seen the person, to help them find the individual and connect them to support.
